Mars Scholarship Merit Awards

Mars Scholarships Merit Awards are multi-year scholarships awarded to students with a demonstrated ability in designated areas and a particular interest in service to their community.

Virginia Cretella Mars Scholarship

The Virginia Cretella Mars Scholarship is based on an applicant’s passion for and accomplishments in literature and the Arts, as well as a commitment to community service.

Audrey Meyer Mars Scholarship

The Audrey Meyer Mars Scholarship is based on an applicant’s passion for and accomplishments in science and math, as well as a commitment to community service.

Jacqueline Badger Mars Scholarship

The Jacqueline Badger Mars Scholarship is awarded each year to a girl who shows a strong interest in civics, government, leadership, or history demonstrated by positions she may hold at school such as class officer, leadership in community service and outside clubs, etc.

How do I apply?

Eligible students should submit an application, which includes two essays and a letter from an adult with whom you have worked in community service. Parents must submit a financial aid form each year as well. The deadline to submit all materials is February 1st.
